Returns:

Delivery of televisions via truck are as follows:
We offer curbside delivery to your front door. For an additional charge, our White Glove Service, which provides uncrating and set up within your home or office, is available for all Rear Projection televisions.
If delivery within your home or office involves a staircase that is more than five steps, up or down, additional charges may apply. Please call for further details.
All sales are FINAL on projection televisions,front projectors,plasma, and custom accessories, including remote controls, except in the case of defective merchandise with 7 days only, which will be exchanged for another same identical item.
Defective Merchandise:
Should your product become defective within the first seven (7) days after purchase we will exchange that unit for a new unit and pay for shipping charges both ways.
